I have bought an artwork on ArtULTRA, what are your terms and conditions of sales?

How do I pay for the artwork I want to buy?
Click on the 'Buy Now' button by the artwork you wish to buy and it will take you to a payment page on our partner payment provider Stripe.
I don't live in the UK, will you ship to me?
Email us at email@example.com with your address for delivery and we will confirm if we can ship to you. If this is the case, we will provide you with a shipping quote for approval.
I haven't received my artwork, what do I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order. We will contact the artist on your behalf and find out details of the shipment. We will put you in contact with the artist who is responsible for shipping your artwork to your delivery address.
I've changed my mind, can I return the artwork that I have bought and get a refund?
ArtULTRA does not accept returns for artworks bought, except if the artwork was been damaged in transit.
Once your order for an artwork is placed and accepted by the artist, you will receive a confirmation email from ArtULTRA to signify the acceptance of the order by the artist. The order cannot be withdrawn and/or cancelled after this stage.
I have received the artwork I ordered and it is damaged, what do I do?
Although artists make every effort to ensure their artworks get to you in their original condition, damages and unforeseen incidents may occur at any time during the shipping process. You should immediately notify ArtULTRA by email at email@example.com in the event of damage to the artwork and send us photographic evidence. We ask you to send us any such information within 48 hours of having received the artwork.
ArtULTRA will contact the artist to inform them of the damage, and pass all relevant information to them regarding the damage, as well as your contact details so they can resolve the situation with you. The artist is responsible for shipping their artwork to you using trackable third party shipping handlers. They will assess the damage with you and aim to resolve the issue. ArtULTRA will be on hand to facilitate the discussion between artist and you, with a view to finding a mutually agreeable solution. Will I get a Certificate of Authenticity with my artwork?
Yes, every artwork purchased comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist.
How long will it take for me to receive the artwork?
Most artwork should take approximately ten days to get to you. During the holiday period, when the artist may be away, it could take a little longer to get to you. After you have placed the order for the artwork you wish to buy, we will confirm the shipping time to you. Artworks are shipped via a tracked delivery method, so we will also keep you updated on exact delivery times.
Please note that in the case of Raki Nikahetiya's hand embroidery, Thæmbily, it will take 4 to 5 weeks to receive the artwork, which is being made to order in India.
I like a particular artwork but I'd like to find out more - can I see it in person? Can I have a chat with the artist?
