The brief
Sisters Grimm is a world renowned theatre production company, created by award-winning composer Ella Spira, MBE and former Royal Ballerina Pietra Mello-Pitman, MBE. The restriction brought on theatres by the pandemic required Sisters Grimm to reimagine their business model and activity.
Our solution
Over the past twelve months, Alice Black has advised Sisters Grimm. As it considered a pivot in terms of its activity, away from performances, Sisters Grimm wanted to explore how the company might develop a new strand of activity. This required a review of its vision and objectives, as well as advice and best practice recommendations about how to develop their ideas for global exhibition projects.
